In this study we will unearth who God’s chosen people are. We will attempt to ascertain from scripture who the children of Abraham are. You should be able to discern, through God’s word, if you are one of God’s people/chosen children. We will also unmask who belongs to the feminine pronoun “her” in Revelation 18 and what “God’s people” are suppose to “come out of”.

We will commence this study with prayer, we will go to Yahweh for insight and understanding.

Fear of the Lord is the beginning of understanding. To Him belongs eternal praise.

Psalm 111:10

Who are the children of God?

The people of Israel. Theirs is the adoption to sonship; theirs the divine glory, the covenants, the receiving of the law, the temple worship and the promises. Theirs are the patriarchs, and from them is traced the human ancestry of the Messiah, who is God over all, forever praised! Amen. It is not as though God’s word had failed. For not all who are descended from Israel are Israel. Nor because they are his descendants are they all Abraham’s children. On the contrary, “It is through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned.” In other words, it is not the children by physical descent who are God’s children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham’s offspring.

Romans 9:4-8 NIV

28 A person is not a Jew who is one only outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical. 29 No, a person is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a person’s praise is not from other people, but from God.

Romans 2:28,29 NIV

So again I ask, does God give you his Spirit and work miracles among you by the works of the law, or by your believing what you heard? So also Abraham “believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.” Understand, then, that those who have faith are children of Abraham. Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, and announced the gospel in advance to Abraham: “All nations will be blessed through you.” So those who rely on faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.

Galatians 3:5-9 NIV

But Isaac spoke to Abraham his father and said, “My father!” And he said, “Here I am, my son.” Then he said, “Look, the fire and the wood, but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?” And Abraham said, “My son, God will provide for Himself the lamb for a burnt offering.” So the two of them went together.

Geneses 22:7,8 NKJV

Abraham might not have known how prophetic he was when he stated, “God will provide for Himself the lamb.” The gospel that was announced to Abraham was the gift of the coming Messiah, the Lamb of God who would redeem the world. The only begotten Son of God would be sent to liberate the world.

In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

 1John 4:9-10. NKJV

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. 13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off were assured of them, embraced them and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. 14 For those who say such things declare plainly that they seek a homeland. 15 And truly if they had called to mind that country from which they had come out, they would have had opportunity to return. 16 But now they desire a better, that is, a heavenly country. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them. The Faith of the Patriarchs17 By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, 18 of whom it was said, “In Isaac your seed shall be called,” 19 concluding that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead, from which he also received him in a figurative sense.

Hebrews 11:6,13-19. NKJV

14 He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.

Galatians 3:14 NIV

16 The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. Scripture does not say “and to seeds,” meaning many people, but “and to your seed,” meaning one person, who is Christ. 17 What I mean is this: The law, introduced 430 years later, does not set aside the covenant previously established by God and thus do away with the promise. 18 For if the inheritance depends on the law, then it no longer depends on the promise; but God in his grace gave it to Abraham through a promise. 19 Why, then, was the law given at all? It was added because of transgressions until the Seed to whom the promise referred had come. The law was given through angels and entrusted to a mediator. 20 A mediator, however, implies more than one party; but God is one. 21 Is the law, therefore, opposed to the promises of God? Absolutely not! For if a law had been given that could impart life, then righteousness would certainly have come by the law. 22 But Scripture has locked up everything under the control of sin, so that what was promised, being given through faith in Jesus Christ, might be given to those who believe. 23 Before the coming of this faith, we were held in custody under the law, locked up until the faith that was to come would be revealed. 24 So the law was our guardian until Christ came that we might be justified by faith. 25 Now that this faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian. 26 So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith,

Galatians 3:16-26 NIV.

But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship. Because you are his sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, “Abba, Father.”

Galatians 4:4-6 NIV

For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Galatians 3:26-29 NKJV

Let’s muse for a moment, on the above scriptures. Scripture makes it abundantly clear that it is the seed of Abraham, as in Jesus Christ, that redeemed us. Jesus Christ (Messiah) saved us through His Spirit that lives in us, given to us, by His Father. We are saved through faith by the seed (Jesus Christ) by His Spirit in us. We are now considered sons of God by the Spirit of Jesus Christ who lives in us through faith by the promise given. We are, therefore, saved through faith by the promise made to Abraham. Isaac was the son of promise, a shadow of the promised Messiah, given to Abraham and Sarah. Ishmael was the son of the flesh through the efforts of man, and a shadow of how we are born into this world.

There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.” Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?” Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’

John 3: 1-7 NJKV

13 For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. 14 For if those who are of the law are heirs, faith is made void and the promise made of no effect, 15 because the law brings about wrath; for where there is no law there is no transgression. 16 Therefore it is of faith that it might be according to grace, so that the promise might be sure to all the seed, not only to those who are of the law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all 17 (as it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed—God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did; 18 who, contrary to hope, in hope believed, so that he became the father of many nations, according to what was spoken, “So shall your descendants be.” 19 And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. 20 He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, 21 and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. 22 And therefore “it was accounted to him for righteousness.” 23 Now it was not written for his sake alone that it was imputed to him, 24 but also for us. It shall be imputed to us who believe in Him who raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead, 25 who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification.

Romans 4:13-25 NKJV

20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

Galatians 2:20 NKJV

13 Hold fast the pattern of sound words which you have heard from me, in faith and love which are in Christ Jesus. 14 That good thing which was committed to you, keep by the Holy Spirit who dwells in us.

2 Timothy 1:13-14 NJKV

As you can see, from the above verses, faith in Jesus Christ means the spirit that will live in you is the Spirit of Jesus Christ (the Holy Spirit the comforter our advocate). When you have the Spirit of Christ you also have the Spirit of the Father, because they are one in Spirit, mind, and purpose.

30 I and My Father are one.”

John 10:30 NKJV

24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

John 4:24 NKJV

Therefore one becomes a child of God through faith; faith in the Father and in Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son. Through faith, the Holy Spirit of Christ will live in you and through you. Therefore, if you have the faith that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God from eternity past, you then are one of God’s children/God’s people, as defined earlier, through the promise given and having the faith of Abraham.

By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going. By faith he dwelt in the land of promise as in a foreign country, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise; 10 for he waited for the city which has foundations, whose builder and maker is God. 11 By faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised. 12 Therefore from one man, and him as good as dead, were born as many as the stars of the sky in multitude—innumerable as the sand which is by the seashore.13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off were assured of them, embraced them and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

Hebrews 11:8-13 NKJV

Who is the Woman of Revelation 18?

In order to answer this, we have to get some of her characteristics from Chapter 17.

The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication. And on her forehead a name was written:

MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT,
THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS
AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS
OF THE EARTH.

I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great amazement. 18 And the woman whom you saw is that great city which reigns over the kings of the earth.”

Revelation 17:4-6, 18  NKJV

The woman was drunk with the blood of the saints, that was the time of the Inquisition and many wars with God’s people. The Catholic Church also persecuted and punished martyrs and many more saints.  A woman in Bible prophecy represents God’s people. Even though many times God’s people went astray.

For your Maker is your husband, The Lord of hosts is His name; And your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel; He is called the God of the whole earth. For the Lord has called you Like a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, Like a youthful wife when you were refused,” Says your God.

Isaiah 54:5,6 NKJV

Then the children of Israel again did evil in the sight of the Lord, and served the Baals and the Ashtoreths, the gods of Syria, the gods of Sidon, the gods of Moab, the gods of the people of Ammon, and the gods of the Philistines; and they forsook the Lord and did not serve Him.

Judges 10:6 NKJV

The description given above in Revelation 17 and 18, describes some of the characteristics of the Catholic Church, from the colors that the cardinals wear to the golden chalice they do their abomination sacrifice in. The Catholic Church through “Transubstantiation” (the changing of the substance of bread and wine into the substance of the body and blood of Jesus Christ.) Page 74 of “The Convert”s Catechism Of Catholic Doctrine.” The Catholic Church claims that the bread and wine become the body and blood of Christ. “Christ is whole and entire, both under the form of bread and under the form of wine.” pg.75.  In the Bible the Jews wanted to stone Jesus for claiming to be the Son of God.

36 Do you say of Him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming,’ because I said, ‘I am the Son of God’?

John 10:36 NKJV

Jesus was not blaspheming because He was the literal Son of God. However, the Pope claims to be God on earth; the vicar of Christ. Which is the Biblical definition of blaspheming.

“The Pope and God are the same, so he has all power in Heaven and earth.”

Pope Pius V, quoted in Barclay, Chapter XXVII, p. 218, “Cities Petrus Bertanous”

.”…the Pope is as it were God on earth, sole sovereign of the faithful of Christ, chief of kings, having plenitude of power.”

Lucius Ferraris, in “Prompta Bibliotheca Canonica, Juridica, Moralis, Theologica, Ascetica, Polemica, Rubristica, Historica”, Volume V, article on “Papa, Article II”, titled “Concerning the extent of Papal dignity, authority, or dominion and infallibility”, #1, 5, 13-15, 18, published in Petit-Montrouge (Paris) by J. P. Migne, 1858 edition.

“The Pope takes the place of Jesus Christ on earth…by divine right the Pope has supreme and full power in faith, in morals over each and every pastor and his flock. He is the true vicar, the head of the entire church, the father and teacher of all Christians. He is the infallible ruler, the founder of dogmas, the author of and the judge of councils; the universal ruler of truth, the arbiter of the world, the supreme judge of heaven and earth, the judge of all, being judged by no one, God himself on earth.”

Quoted in the New York Catechism. On the Authority of the Councils, book 2, chapter 17.

There are many more examples in the Book of Daniel and also in The Book of Revelation that guide you to the Catholic Church being the AntiChrist power. However, that is for another more in-depth study. Many times throughout history “she/her” God’s people/church, strayed from the truth. In this particular case she (the church) strayed so far from the truth she made up her own doctrine. She became the mother of harlots, the harlots being other churches/God’s people that broke from the Mother church. The many “new” or “protestant” denominations left behind some doctrinal baggage. However, they also lost the original Gospel (the good news of Christ) the Son of God message. The churches preach another Gospel. The gospel of the Trinity. “Mystery, Babylon the Great, Mother of Harlots” introduced around 325 AD during the Council of Nicene, codified as doctrine during the Council of Constantinople in 381 AD. The Mother of Harlots and her daughters continued the Babylon trinity message. Conversely, the Bible speaks of a Father and Son message.

Who has ascended into heaven, or descended?
Who has gathered the wind in His fists?
Who has bound the waters in a garment?
Who has established all the ends of the earth?
What is His name, and what is His Son’s name,
If you know?

Every word of God is pure;
He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him.
Do not add to His words,
Lest He rebuke you, and you be found a liar.

Proverbs 30:4-6. NKJV

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.

You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. They are of the world. Therefore they speak as of the world, and the world hears them. We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.

1 John 4:1-6 NKJV

In 1 John, John is declaring that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh, the only begotten Son of God. God did not send a second person of a trinity coequal with God, who took on the role as the Son of God while on earth. They are of the world, they speak as of the world, the church of the world preaches a trinity. However, Scripture makes it clear, God sent HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON!

16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. 18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 3:16-18 NJKV

Paul, an apostle (not from men nor through man, but through Jesus Christ and God the Father who raised Him from the dead), and all the brethren who are with me, To the churches of Galatia: Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed. 10 For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ. 11 But I make known to you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man. 12 For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came through the revelation of Jesus Christ.

Galatians 1:1-12 NKJV

20
Immediately he preached the Christ in the synagogues, that He is the Son of God.

Acts 9:20 NJKV

The original Gospel that was preached by Paul once he was converted by Christ Himself, was that Jesus was the true Son of the Most High God sent to this earth. Paul did not teach about a second person of a trinity that the Mother Harlot teaches and has passed down through history to her Harlot daughters.

What is God calling His People Out of?

Jesus is calling His people of faith out of the churches of false doctrine. The Spirit of God, which is the Spirit of the Father and the Spirit of His Son Jesus Christ, is calling you out of churches that have doctrines of men. Just like the Jews of old, many did not believe that Jesus was the true/literal Son of God. You are not saved by the church you attend. You are saved individually, through Faith, by Faith in Jesus Christ (Yeshua), The Son of the living God. The trinity is another gospel, instituted by the Catholic Church, propagated/narrated in the Nicene Creed, kept alive through the doctrine of many “Christian” churches, unknowingly by many of God’s people. Hence “Come out of Her My People”. Eternal life is knowing the Father and the Son, not a triune, polytheistic god. May the Holy Spirit bless you and keep you, God is Holy, God is Spirit, may the Spirit of God keep you in TRUTH.

17 Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him.  And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do. And now, O Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was. “I have manifested Your name to the men whom You have given Me out of the world. They were Yours, You gave them to Me, and they have kept Your word. Now they have known that all things which You have given Me are from You. For I have given to them the words which You have given Me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came forth from You; and they have believed that You sent Me.

17 Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. 18 As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by the truth. 20 “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; 21 that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. 22 And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: 23 I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.

John 17:1-8; 17-23. NKJV

Therefore, if you profess to have faith in Jesus Christ and are one of God’s children/people, God is calling you, to come out of her; just as He called Abraham out of Ur, away from the worship of the many trinitarian-like gods in Mesopotamia. That One Most High God gave His only begotten Son for our salvation, saving all who choose to be saved through faith. The Bible is a love story about A Father and Son trying to save their creation that was lead astray, stolen through deceit and lies, by Satan, himself. God created us with a free will and “true love” will never infringe upon that will. Therefore, God, not demanding or forcing, is asking you to chose. It is ALWAYS YOUR CHOICE, but He invites you, even implores you…

COME OUT OF HER MY PEOPLE!

10 Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake,
For theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. 12 Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you. 13 “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men. (Matthew 5:10-13. NKJV)
